Biography

Who Am I

Pam believes in a holistic approach to life and health. We are not just physical beings, but also emotional and spiritual beings on a human journey. Daily we strive to find some sense of meaning in the world around us, in our relationships with God, self and others. And sometimes obstacles frustrate our process and sometimes we lose our sense of hope along the way.

The purpose of this website is to provide thought provoking and inspirational stories, quotes and life lessons that will encourage you on your journey and remind you that you are not alone.

My life motto was discovered when I was 19 years old and reading Stephen Covey’s book “The 7 Habits of  Highly Effective People”

“Seek first to understand and then to be understood”

Pam works in an acute care hospital, providing emotional and spiritual support as well as spiritually integrated psychotherapy to patients, families and staff.  She provides individual counseling, specializing in grief counseling and mental health.
